Right of withdrawal
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it, giving reasons for the return, within 10 days from the delivery date, without any penalty, after having contacted our Customer Service and provided that the item is in perfect condition. The right of withdrawal is exercised by sending, within the prescribed period, a written communication to the geographic address of the supplier's headquarters by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt. Please let us know by e-mail your wish to return the product.
The product must be properly packaged and shipped to the address indicated below, attaching the original invoice or transport document.

We remind you that according to the regulations in force, reimbursement is provided net of ancillary costs (packaging and shipping) and that the shipping costs for returning the goods are charged to the consumer. If you used a credit card for the payment, the amount will be recharged directly on the card, if you paid by bank transfer we ask you to indicate the details of the current account on which to make the payment (IBAN) by email.
Once the integrity of the returned item has been verified, the refund will be made within the terms established by law (30 days) and you will be notified by e-mail. (Terms and Conditions according to Legislative Decree 22 May 1999 n. 185)
