Right of withdrawal

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it, giving reasons for the return, within 10 days from the date of delivery, without penalty, after contacting our Customer Service and provided that the article is in perfect condition. The right of withdrawal is exercised by sending, within the prescribed period, a written notice to the geographical address of the headquarters of the supplier by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt. We ask you to anticipate us via email the will to make the product.

The product must be properly packed and sent to the address indicated below, enclosing the original invoice or transport document.

We remind you that according to current regulations, the refund is net of accessory costs (packaging and shipping) and that the shipping costs for the return of goods are charged to the consumer. If for the payment you have used a credit card the amount will be recharged directly on the card, if you have paid by bank transfer we ask you to indicate via email the details of the bank account on which to make the payment (IBAN).

Once verified the integrity of the returned item, the refund will be made within the terms provided by law (30 days) and you will be notified by e-mail. (Terms and Conditions according to D.L. May 22, 1999 n. 185)
